How can I insert page from Elementor pages library?

You can, but just you need to create Elementor account first by following these steps:

Add new section:

Choose gray folder icon…

Insert page of your choice

Choose green INSERT button.

Connect to Template Library

Choose GET STARTED

Create new account

On login page choose Create an Account and define your user credentials.

Confirm connecting your account with the website

After creation of account, confirm connection.

Elementor connection is visible on your Elementor account

Your new connection is visible in your newly created Elementor account at my.elementor.com
